The database is split into three sectors:

• Architects
• Fit out companies
• Interior designers

The counts are specific to companies based in the UK and predominantly work in hospitality.

RP Databases Ltd own the data. It is not leased from a third party and has been built up organically since 2018. It is updated daily, using a variety of methods including:

Website:                                         confirming the website is active and adding in / updating details
Social media:                                confirming social media - facebook / instagram is active
Email campaigns:                        we regularly action email campaigns for clients and update the responses (left company, bounce back etc) after each campaign
Call:                                                 we call contacts where data needs to be confirmed
Telephone validation:                we regularly validate the telephones
 

Data matching
The majority of our clients look to augment their own data with missing companies and contacts at existing companies on our database. We use a third party to match data on agreed criteria. We do not take data from clients.
