The data is charged at a cost per site. Where up to three contacts or emails are held at the site, the additional contact(s) or email(s) will be included at no extra charge.
Where there are 4 or more contacts at the site and the purchaser wishes to purchase these additional contacts or emails, additional costs will be incurred, based on the number of contacts or emails to be purchased.
Any error in any unique site record, or any unique site record deemed not to be relevant, is refunded as long as we are told of the error in writing. If we supply for example three contacts at one company and one of those contacts is incorrect and two are correct, we will not refund. If all three contacts are wrong, we would refund.
